Orders

All orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and preparation has begun.

Vantara reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, supplier inventory issues, or other operational circumstances.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

• Mexico: 7 to 15 business days
• International: 7 to 15 business days (delivery may vary depending on customs and destination)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once order preparation has started, cancellation requests generally cannot be approved.

Returns and Refunds

Due to our international dropshipping model, returns and refunds are generally not accepted for changes of mind or customer purchasing errors.

However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us clear photographs and, if possible, unedited video of the package opening.

Each claim is reviewed individually and, where appropriate, may result in a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, in accordance with applicable laws.

Product Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product is compatible with their vehicle before purchasing. Professional installation is recommended for products requiring specialized installation.

Limitation of Liability

Vantara operates as an intermediary between customers and independent international suppliers. Although we carefully select our suppliers and strive to provide accurate information and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability, supplier inventory, shipping carrier performance, or customs processing times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or our products.
